    What an unbelievably shocking experience!!!

    Did an online quote submission, got a response back almost immediately with a quote, an hour later Laurence called me to explain the work that would be carried out.

    I replied to an email confirming my booking.

    Arrived at their premises to find Laurence waiting with all the necessary documents ready, while doing this, he asked if I needed to be dropped off anywhere…by the time I was done filling out the paperwork, an Uber was waiting for me!!!

    I advised Laurence that I was not from the area and if he could arrange for my vehicle to be ready for collection at an off-peak traffic time.

    Low and behold, I get a call way before the estimated time to say that my vehicle was ready for collection.

    I arrive back at their premises only to be greeted by the friendly staff who I hadn’t previously met, but was greeted by my name!

    Was taken to the accounts department to pay, which took 5 minutes, and I was on my way.

    For context, I have an Estoril Blue II BMW F30.

    The damage was a cracked front bumper and paint damage. The guys had my car looking brand new again. The colour perfectly matched, and no signs of repair, what a fantastic job.

    I cannot thank the team at Metal Cross enough for the wonderful experience.

    For some reason, I could not select 5 stars, but that’s alright  because 5 is not enough for this team

    People are quick to criticise poor service and poor workmanship. Not so quick to praise. I want you to know how delighted I have been by your service, the quality of the job you did for me and the speed at which the job was done.

    I was made to feel most welcome when I brought my car in for a quote. Frank was charming as was his wife. Laurence was highly professional and gave me a quote on the spot. Other panel beaters needed to send me an email with the quote. Couldn’t quote me on the spot. Best of all was that the Metal Cross quote was less than half the price of their nearest rivals. I was promised a 5-day turnaround by other suppliers. These guys had me back in my car the same day at 2:00 PM. I brought the car in at 7:00 AM that morning.

    Without being asked they repaired a scratch on my back bumper – one they didn’t quote me for – touched it up making my back bumper look new. They also polished my door handles without being asked.

    I am encouraged to witness this type of service in South Africa. 1st world, 1st class and world class. On top of which the colour match is perfect. So impressed!!!
